We are not Sprint PCS.  We do sell Sprint products but we cannot support any Sprint products not purchased directly from our store.  Please contact Sprint at www.sprintpcs.com for support.

Returns must be pre-approved and you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product. RMA requests must be submitted online through RMA Request. Returned products without RMA numbers will be refused.
